Dear brothers and sisters in Carmel,
“O Precious Blood of Jesus, protect us. Thou hast redeemed us, O Lord, in Thy Blood, and made of us a kingdom for our God. Blood of Christ, Incarnate Word of God. Save us.”
On Trinity Sunday last month, our dear Megan was commissioned as the Catholic Chaplain of Burwood Hospital at the 10.00am Mass at the Church of St Teresa. It was a joyous occasion with her family and friends present as she was blessed – in the words of Tony Lenton, Senior Catholic Hospital Chaplain – “in this most demanding, yet special calling… of remaining a humble servant of the sick.
15th August 2021 (Sunday) – mark this date in your diaries! It is the day that Sr Anne Mary of the Assumption shall take her Solemn Profession of Religious Vows. Time: 2 pm. Venue: Carmelite Monastery. We have all been invited by the Sisters.
